By using PumpBonkBags.fun, you agree that you are trading volatile digital assets at your own risk. PBB does not guarantee profits or bag size.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PumpBonkBags.fun ("PBB," "Platform," "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PBB. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited are not permitted to use the platform.

3. Nature of the Platform

PBB is a decentralized token launchpad and trading interface built on the Solana blockchain. We are not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not provide financial advice. All trades are user-initiated and executed via smart contracts.

All tokens launched on PBB are user-generated. PBB does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any token.
Bonding curve prices are determined algorithmically and can increase or decrease rapidly.
Token launches are final. PBB cannot reverse blockchain transactions.

4. Our Anti-Rug Commitments

We commit to: 0.25% fee cap · Zero bundling (violators are permanently banned) · No duplicate token launches · Full transparency on all mechanics.

These are platform-enforced rules. Violations result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all $PBB rewards.

5. $PBB Rewards Program

$PBB points are earned through trading activity on the platform. Points can be redeemed for SOL at the rate of 1,000 $PBB = 0.1 SOL, subject to available treasury balance. PBB reserves the right to modify reward rates with 7 days notice. Points have no guaranteed monetary value and are not securities.

6. Risks

Market risk: Crypto prices are highly volatile. You may lose all your capital.
Smart contract risk: Bugs or exploits may cause loss of funds.
Regulatory risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction.
Liquidity risk: Some tokens may have low liquidity and be difficult to sell.

7. Prohibited Activities

Bundling (buying large allocations at launch to dump on retail)
Launching duplicate tokens with identical names/symbols
Market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated pump-and-dump
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBB is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, smart contract failures, or third-party actions.

PBB is built on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transaction data are publicly visible on-chain. We do not collect personally identifiable information.

Wallet addresses: Public blockchain addresses used to interact with the platform.
Transaction data: Trade history, token launches, and reward points — all public on-chain.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Real names or identity documents
Email addresses (unless you contact us voluntarily)
IP addresses tied to identities

3. Blockchain Data

All trades, launches, and wallet interactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is a public, immutable ledger. This data is not controlled by PBB and cannot be deleted by us or by you.

4. Third-Party Services

PBB uses the following third-party services that may collect their own data:

Jupiter Aggregator — for swap routing (see Jupiter's privacy policy)
Helius RPC — for Solana blockchain access
Binance/CoinGecko APIs — for price feeds (public data only)

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage only to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode). No tracking cookies are used. No data is sold to advertisers.

6. Your Rights

Since we hold minimal off-chain data about you, deletion requests are simple. Contact us via X/Twitter @PumpBonkBags and we will remove any off-chain data (nicknames, submitted content) associated with your wallet address within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will announce changes to this privacy policy via our official Twitter/X account. Continued use of PBB after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
